How to kick a soccer ball right footed edition
Step 1 set the ball on the ground in front of you . Step 2 stand behind the ball and a little to the left. Step 3 run towards the ball and put your left foot so the front of your shoe is about an inch in front of the ball. Step 4 bring your right foot back and make a V shape with your leg. Final step strike the ball with your right foot and follow through the ball.

3. Raise your arms so that they are above your head -still with your hands stretching away from the body, and at the same time jump so that your feet are shoulder with apart
4. Drop your arms so that they are at your side -now your arms should be straight-, and at the same time jump again so that your feet are together

3. If you are cleaning the kitchen then use cleaning supplies to clean counter, by scrubbing. Then clean off the kitchen table too, also whip off the stove, fridge, microwave, etc. Also do the dishes if piled up. Also try to get low to unto reach places, those tend to be the dirtiest.
4. Stand back up and clean another higher area of the house. Like the living room, pick it up if its messy, dust all things like picture frames, picture tables, etc. Then vacuum the rugs/carpet.
5. Repeat this process in other rooms of the house like rooms, downstairs, etc.

1. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart.
2. Take one large step forward.
3. Bend both knees at a right angle.
4. Hold that position for how ever long you want
5. Stand back up and step back so your feet are at shoulder width apart again.

We have picked out three exercises to show you how to do.
The first one we chose to use was Hula Hooping.
Step 1: Get a Hula Hoop and place it on your hips while holding it!
Step 2: Start moving your hips in a circle rotation while slowly letting the Hula Hoop go.
Step 3: Keep moving your hips in a circle rotation. You can go as fast as you can just remember, that the faster it goes the higher it rises.
Step 4: Keep repeating steps 2-3 at a good pace. Once you get good enough you can hula hoop different ways!
Step 5: When you would like to stop, all you have to do is stop moving your hips!
The next one is Biking.
Step 1: First find a carpet or soft place that won't hurt your back if you lay down on it (I suggest carpet).
Step 2: Lay down on your back.
Step 3: Lift your feet and move them in a circle formation like you are riding a bike! (But on your back)
Step 4: Move it fast and in a good pace so you get as much exercise as possible!
Step 5: Keep repeating steps 3-4 until you feel you need to stop
The last one is Hopscotch.
Step 1: Use kit or draw the "court" on a flat surface. You draw the court by drawing one square on the bottom and then the next level two squares in the middle. repeat that pattern until you have ten total squares. Number them from one to ten starting at the bottom.
Step 2: Find a flat stone about the size of your palm.
Step 3: Toss the stone into one of the squares.
Step 4: Hop over to the stone by landing on the one square with one foot and when there are two squares land with both feet.
Step 5: Hop back with the same pattern.
Step 6: Repeat steps 3 through 6.

We made a poster of elements of art that we thought were interesting. There are 7 elements of art, but we only used 5 of them. This was a fun project that showed us value,color,line,texture,balance and more that was very fun and interesting. We all worked hard and we can't wait for more projects in this class!

My group was Isabelle, Free Willy, and Hunter. We took pictures of some art elements. There are 7 elements and we did 5 of them. The tops of the tanks were color, The line shelf thingy was line, the yellow soft things were value, the metle was texture and the wheel was Balance this was a fun project that we all enjoyed.

This is our poster representing the Elements of Art.The texture is a close up of paper-quilling. The line is the bars suspended on the ceiling. We found the picture for balance is something we found in the hallway of one of the basements. We took a picture of the wall and that was value. The color is of jelly fish. The shape is a ramp and the space is in the hallway.

We made this photo by dropping two peppers into a fish tank full of water. We had to time it perfectly because the camera we used was kind of slow. We counted down from three. On three the person taking the picture would press the button. On two the people dropping the peppers would drop them into the water.
